If a call says a family member is in trouble

Hang up. Call them back.

  1. Don’t send money during the call.
  2. Call your family member on a number you already have.
  3. Can’t reach them? Call someone else on this list.
  4. Even if they said “don’t tell anyone,” tell someone.
